General: All orders which include DOORS will ship via Freight.   You will need to provide assistance in unloading your doors from the delivery truck.  The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time if the destination is a residential address.  Please arrange additional help if necessary for heavy lifting.
Hardware, components, and pocket frames ship standard UPS Ground.

Cost:  FREE for oders $2000 and over.  We charge only $195 for smaller size order which includes any number of doors. 
Small packages (hardware and accessories) ship flat rate for $14.95.
Pocket frames ship flat rate of $78.

Time:  Generally, it will take 3-4 days to receive the shipment once the order leaves our warehouse.  Most of our orders ship within 5-10 business days.

Source 4 Doors Shipping Policy

1. Deliveries are limited to within the continental United States and parts of Canada only.

2. Customers will be provided with tracking information, when available.

3. For freight orders (doors), customer is responsible for removing shipment from the delivery truck. 

4. IMPORTANT:  All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.  Any damage and defects must be reported to us within 24 hours in accordance with our warranty.    Damaged caused by the freight carrier must be noted on the Bill of Lading (shipper) IMMEDIATELY upon receipt and signed by the driver.  Doors or other products that are damaged must not be modified or installed.  This includes cutting, planing, sanding, staining, painting.

If any goods are damaged Source 4 Doors may (at its sole discretion) either refund, replace, or repair the product at no cost to the customer after we receive the product at our warehouse (we will pay for freight, but customer must assist in packaging and loading).  No claim shall exceed the original cost of the product including re-finishing or installation.
