Warranty Agreement and Terms of Sale

1.  General
For the purpose of this agreement, Source 4 Doors means Frush, Inc., an Arizona Corporation.  The purchaser/buyer/customer is hereby referred to as Customer.

This agreement does not replace any manufacturer's warranty that may supercede this warranty.  Including, but not limited to Jeld-Wen, Masonite, Therma-Tru, PlasPro, Simpson.

Subject to the conditions herein, Source 4 Doors guarantees that all doors will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of receipt. If any door fails to conform to this warranty, Source 4 Doors will refund the original cost of the door, or replace the door.  Source 4 Doors shall not be responsible for any additional costs including, but not limited to, refinishing, labor, or shipping.

Defects Defined:

1. Chips greater than 1/4 inch in diameter
2. Splits or gaps in wood longer than 1 inch or wider than 1/8 inch, excluding joined pieces which shall not exceed 1/8 inch for any length.
3. Doors warped more than 1/4 inch.
4. Dents deeper than 1/8 inch.
5. Scratches deeper than 1/16 inch

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and mailed or faxed to Source 4 Doors.  Additional information may be required to complete the claim, including photographs.

Conditions arising out of the following circumstances shall not be covered under this warranty:

1. Doors that have been modified after receipt (drilled holes, cut down, or planed more than 1/2 inch.)
2. Doors that have been installed in direct sunlight.
3. Improper installation of doors (inadequate support, not plumb, etc)
4. Doors installed in a commercial application (hotel, apartment, etc.)
5. Doors painted or stained in a very dark color
6. Doors that directly exposed to the weather without protection from an adequate overhang.
7. Oversized doors (greater than 42 in width or greater than 96 in height)
8. Doors installed in high moisture areas (sauna, indoor pool, etc)

Additional Items Not Covered:

(i) Any pre-finish on the door (doors should be periodically re-finished depending on conditions)

2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.  However, if payment has already been processed the customer will be responsible for a 'Chargeback' fee of 5%.  This fee is required by our credit card processing service and is not a penalty assessed by Source 4 Doors.  Orders are placed into production generally 24 hours after receipt of an order and thus cannot be cancelled.

3.  Shipping
Defects due to shipping or packaging:

Any defects or damages before or during shipment shall be reported to Source 4 Doors within 24 hours of receipt of the door.  Doors should be immediately inspected before signing the Bill of Lading for cracks, splits, warps, broken or scratched glass.  If any defects exist, the customer may not modify the door in any way including sanding, cutting, planing, staining, painting, or installing.  These modifications may nullify this warranty.  If any products are damaged during shipment Source4Doors may, at its sole discretion, refund the cost of the product(s) or replace the product(s) after the shipment has been returned to Source 4 Doors.

4.  Finishing
Finishing Doors:

All doors must be sealed from moisture within 72 hours of receipt.  For interior doors, this includes paint or a water-based or oil-based sealer.  Exterior doors must be sealed with an exterior grade polyurethane.  Doors shall be sealed on all six sides, including behind hinges and other hardware and cut-outs/holes.  Failure to comply with this requirement shall nullify this agreement.
