Note: Primed doors, moulded doors, steel doors, and smooth fiberglass doors are primed white. Textured fiberglass doors are have wood grain appearance.

Our Doors...

All of our cherry, oak, maple, fir, pine, alder, mahogany, primed, and birch doors are solid core doors. Only our 'Moulded Hollow-Core' doors have a hollow core. Wood doors have engineered stiles and rails to prevent warping and wood panels have MDF core to prevent splitting and cracking. Interior doors are 1-3/8" thick, unless noted otherwise. Exterior doors are 1-3/4" thick.

Glass

All glass in our doors is tempered safety glass. Glass in exterior doors is insulated (dual pane).

"Exterior grade solid wood entry door with decorative beveled insulated glass. Available in Cherry, Fir, or Meranti Mahogany. All doors available in various sizes and can be prehung. All of our craftsman doors have flat recessed shaker-style panels except for our 3-Panel 6-Lite, which has raised panels.

Slab Only Doors:

Doors that are ordered as 'Slab Only / No Frame' will not include any frame component (jambs, stops, hinges, weatherstrip, or threshold). These doors will not include any hinge pockets or handle bores. Any selection made for hinge color or handing will not apply to 'Slab Only' doors.

Pre-Hanging

Exterior pre-hung doors include a wood frame, hinges, weatherstrip, door sweep, and an aluminum adjustable threshold with oak cap. All exterior doors are bored for a handle set and a deadbolt. Both bores are standard 2-1/8" with a 2-3/8" backset. The holes are bored at 5-1/2" center-to-center. All standard hardware will fit these specifications, including Kwikset, Schlage, Baldwin, Emtek, etc.

Interior pre-hung doors include a wood frame and hinges. Doors are single bored for one handle set at a standard location. The bore is 2-1/8" with a 2-3/8" backset. All standard hardware with fit these specifications.

Pairs of doors (double door) can be ordered as either Left active or Right active. Please see the illustration above because not all door suppliers use the same handing method! Inactive doors include an astragal with a flushbolt to lock the door into place. These doors will be shipped with jambs/frames disassembled.
